After more than 15 years working as an accountant across high-level corporate roles and a range of industries, I found myself constantly drawn to the world of fitness — a space I was personally passionate about and actively involved in through coaching and nutrition support.
When my youngest daughter was 6 months old, I made the leap. I stepped fully into the fitness industry, combining my love for health and performance with the financial expertise I’d built over my career.
I understand firsthand how a fitness business runs — the long hours, the client care, the content creation, and the hustle behind the scenes.
